This 24-month-old toddler was such a cutie pie during our portrait session with her and her family at the park.  We were lucky to have gorgeous weather that day, and we had so much fun running around after her as she explored the flowers, rocks, and trees in the park.  She had just broken her arm a few weeks earlier, but that didn’t stop her one bit!  Two-year-olds definitely keep you on your toes!

I don’t know when I’ve had a happier subject than this 4-year-old little girl.  Our portrait session with her and her family in the park was just a ton of fun.  She loved telling stories and even asked to take a picture of us when we first met her.  Later, we were treated to a hilarious hip-wiggling dance.

I’m so happy to present these photos from the adorable 3-year-old Maddie and 6-year-old Rocco’s children’s portrait session!  I had such a wonderful time with these two, along with their mom and great-aunt.  They were just full of energy and fun, especially after we discovered a few games that they really got into!  Lola and Jamie, thank you again for having me photograph Rocco and Maddie—it was so lovely to meet you all.

Maddie’s the more serious one.  I loved capturing that aspect of her, as much as I loved catching a glimpse of those rare smiles.  Rocco is gregarious, outgoing, and loads of fun to talk to.

Newport Beach & Laguna Niguel Kids & Family Portrait Photography | 2-Year-Old & 11-Year-Old Boys

We spent a lovely afternoon with this beautiful family for their portrait session.  Two-year-old Ben and his 11-year-old big brother Eric got along so well—it was just adorable to watch.  Here, you can see how Ben loves to play games naming different parts of the body.  I love the boys’ matching red shirts.

Of course, Ben was more interested in running around the water fountain than in getting his photos taken!  The light was gorgeous there, so soft and dreamy.
